⚡ How it Works -Lightning Rebalancer

We offer a manual rebalance service for your Lightning node:

1. You click Create New Order to generate your Order ID + Passkey.(Keep them safe, you need them to track your order later)
2. Submit a Lightning invoice for the sats you want (5,000 – 300,000 sats recommended).
3. Optionally include a preferred channel ID for routing.
4. We check route → generate invoice with fee(5%) → once you pay, we pay your invoice from our node → improves your inbound liquidity.

✅ How It Works -Concierge Service

1. You click Create New Order to generate your Order ID + Passkey.
2. You use your private order page to communicate step-by-step with us — a single textbox guides you at each step.
3. We manually approve, request your delivery details, send you the invoice, and confirm payment.
4. We fulfill your order and update your private thread with tracking or result.
5. Maximum order value: $300 USD equivalent per order. Orders above this amount will not be accepted.
6. Refund Policy: Any refunds are processed in the same cryptocurrency and amount originally received, without adjustment for market price fluctuations. Refunds are made at admin discretion and manually.
7. ⚠️ Service fee: 5% per order. Additional network or processor fees may apply.
